Hello, my name is Meeka Caissie and I'm so glad you're here. Welcome! A bit about me....
For decades, I've had the honour of empowering and leveling up professional women just like you. As a mastermind coach, speaker, and founder of Ladies In Power, I guide women through significant life changes, reminding them of who they are and what they're truly capable of.
What makes my approach so unique? Questions paired with my raw, nurturing style that ensures you not only achieve your goals, but grow in profound ways across all areas of life.
My approach is rooted in powerful questions, finding and leveraging your own strengths - ensuring lasting impact and transformation for my clients. I understand self doubt, overwhelm, and overcoming adversity. I started out in the competitive worlds of international modeling, acting, and singing, and I learned about People, Patterns and Psychology, I continued my studies and became a licensed professional counselor and certified coach.
I use my experience and expertise to serve women who are ready to increase their confidence, build resilience, and develop a strong, positive mindset they can leverage in all areas of their lives - from finance to romance. When you partner with me, we'll prioritize connection, trust, and a deep understanding of where you are and where you want to go. We'll design a roadmap to get you there and hold you to an elevated standard you can be proud of.
