​My work is not rooted in theory. It was forged through decades in environments where identity is  tested constantly and the willingness to pivot is the only way to thrive.

I began in the modeling industry at a young age, navigating a world that demanded an elite level of strength, discernment, and personal authority. I learned early that identity is not something you are given. It is something you must claim, protect and be willing to reinvent at any moment.

​My authority was shaped in moments the world did not see. From removing breast implants that nearly cost me my life to navigating the reality of childlessness when I deeply desired to be a mother, I learned to take full ownership of my mind, my body, and my direction. I have reinvented myself again and again, often out of necessity and now as a conscious decision to live the life of my dreams.

​For decades I have studied under powerful mentors while also guiding  women entering high pressure environments. Today I lead the Ladies in Power and work with women who know they are meant for more and are ready to bring it fully into form.

​I do not offer a blueprint. I offer the clarity, discernment, and strength required to move forward with intention and follow through.
